Click Here To Enlarge JEFFREY C. ARNOLD Mr. Arnold is an associate with the law firm of Fisher Kanaris, P.C. Mr. Arnold is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois having received his juris doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1996. Prior to law school, Mr. Arnold studied political science and received his B.A. from Hope College in Holland, Michigan in 1993. Mr. Arnold's varied litigation practice is primarily concentrated in the area of insurance litigation, including coverage and the representation of insurance companies in the pursuit of subrogation recoveries. Many of the claims handled by Mr. Arnold arose from catastrophic events such as fires, explosions and floods. Mr. Arnold's is experienced in all facets of insurance litigation, including coverage analysis, investigation of a loss, retention of and supervision of experts, preserving evidence and ultimately resolving the claim through settlement, alternate dispute resolution or litigation. Mr. Arnold also possesses a strong background in personal injury litigation having spent four years in private practice representing the rights of injured plaintiffs. Mr. Arnold has developed a strong background in Premises Liability and Product Liability law. He has won favorable results for his clients through negotiated settlements, arbitration, mediation and trial. Mr. Arnold is also an experienced family law practitioner, having handled divorce, custody and support cases. He has also conducted numerous residential real estate closings representing both the buyer and seller. Mr. Arnold is a member of the DuPage Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
