Jefferson D. Patten | Associate
Mr. Patten specializes in the analysis and litigation of disputes across the country in both federal and state jurisdictions. Although concentrating on first-party coverage matters, his areas of practice include commercial disputes, admiralty, construction contracts and claims, subrogation recoveries, product liability and transportation and cargo losses. Mr. Patten has successfully defended numerous large-value losses associated with property damage, revenue losses, contract penalties and bad-faith, including matters resulting from the 9/11 and Katrina catastrophes.
Prior to law school, he spent four years in the United States Marine Corps as a Non-Commissioned Officer.
