Mr. Weber's practice includes complex, multi-party litigation primarily concentrated in the areas of first-party property insurance and reinsurance coverage, construction, contract, warranty and employment matters. He also advises businesses with respect to contract formation and risk management.

Recent representative examples of Mr. Weber's legal experience include obtaining preliminary injunction in favor of national client involving contractual and statutory construction where the insured sought in excess of $40 million in additional coverages in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Additionally, Mr. Weber recently obtained summary judgment in a Federal Court matter where the Plaintiff sought in excess of $1 million in extra-contractual penalties.

Before joining Fisher Kanaris, P.C., Mr. Weber was an assistant attorney general for the State of Arizona. During his career as an assistant attorney general, where he worked under current Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano, Mr. Weber represented various state agencies in civil litigation, contract and employment matters. Mr. Weber's experience includes representation of the Departments of Transportation, Administration, Corrections, Procurement and The Arizona Governor's Office in a variety of complex civil litigation and employment matters.

Additionally, Mr. Weber served as in-house counsel and player representative for National Sports Management. He was a certified member of The Major League Baseball Player's Association and represented athletes in contract and endorsement negotiations.
