Nicole M. Oyer | Associate
Ms. Oyer’s practice is primarily focused in litigation and she currently works in Fisher Kanaris’ Property Group as well as the Workers’ Compensation Department. Ms. Oyer’s practice includes insurance coverage litigation involving, among other areas, first-party property insurance matters and bad faith claims. She also represents insurance companies and employers in matters involving workers’ compensation liens.
