JEFFERSON D. PATTEN Jefferson is an associate with Fisher Kanaris P.C. and gained extensive experience handling litigation matters across the country in both federal and state courts. Although concentrating on first party coverage matters, his areas of practice also include commercial disputes, admiralty, construction claims, insurance recovery, product liability and transportation and cargo losses. Mr. Patten graduated Cum Laude from John Marshall Law School and was a Staff Editor for the John Marshall Journal of Computer and Information Law. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Prior to law school, Mr. Patten spent four years in the United States Marine Corps as a Non-Commissioned Officer and graduated with a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
