MICHAEL J. GRIFFIN Michael J. Griffin is an associate with Fisher Kanaris, P.C. Mr. Griffin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, with minors in Psychology and Management, from Purdue University in 1998. Mr. Griffin received his Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2002. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois. Before joining Fisher Kanaris, P.C., Mr. Griffin was an Assistant States Attorney for Cook County, Illinois from 2002 through 2006. During his career as an Assistant States Attorney Mr. Griffin prosecuted various types of cases in the Criminal Courts of Cook County. That experience includes conducting over one hundred criminal trials, as well as litigating various types of motions and pretrial hearings. Mr. Griffin’s practice is concentrated in litigation, primarily representing insurance companies in subrogation cases.
