JONATHAN S. WEBER

Jonathan S.Weber is an associate with the firm of Fisher Kanaris, P.C. Mr. Weber’s varied civil litigation practice is primarily concentrated in the area of first-party property insurance law.

Mr. Weber received his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from The University of Arizona. He is licensed to practice law in the States of Illinois and Arizona and is a member of The Illinois State Bar Association, The State Bar of Arizona and The American Bar Association.

Before joining Fisher Kanaris, P.C., Mr. Weber was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona. During his career as an Assistant Attorney General, where he worked under current Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano, Mr. Weber represented various State Agencies in civil litigation, contract and employment matters. Mr. Weber’s experience includes representation of the Departments of Transportation, Administration, Corrections, Procurement and The Arizona Governor’s Office in a variety of complex civil litigation and employment matters.

Additionally, Mr. Weber served as In-House Counsel and Player Representative for National Sports Management. He was a certified member of The Major League Baseball Player’s Association and represented athletes in their contract and endorsement negotiations.
